Timeless Design - Terms and Conditions

1. Timeless Design is valid for all eligible purchases between March 5, 2024 - March 31-2024 over $10,000.

2. The client receives a 10% credit voucher to use on future purchases made by November 30, 2024.

3. LuminaireX Sales and Current Inventory are included in the Promotion.

4. A minimum non-cancelable, nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total invoice for purchases made during the promotion period is required at the time of purchase.

5. The customer will take delivery of all special orders placed during the promotion period within 30 days after the merchandise's arrival.

6. Credit vouchers shall be applied and credited against the net invoice (after discounts and excluding tax and freight) amount.

7. The gift voucher is transferable and valid for use with approval by the purchaser.

8. Credit vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and has no cash value. (No exceptions)

9. Credit vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
